F-A-I-L

I give in too easy to any excuse to not exercise these days.  It is the "monsoon" season here in Utah and what it means for our desert is afternoon/evening thundershowers.  Sorry, but I'm not walking in a thunder shower.  And while, yes, I could have gone over to the clubhouse treadmill... I didn't.

As of this morning I am 12 miles behind.  Poop.

But I did get out last night (it wasn't stormy) for 2.5 miles.

It's a new week and I will try again.

That's all you can do my friend.. I'm about to build activity back into my life and it makes me nervous. I have to stop being such an all or nothing personality... Some days it's okay to not exercise. Don't beat yourself up. You're not failing, you're living.

Remember, every step counts!

Thanks for your comments lately on my blog!! I totally could not run very far at all during my first pregnancy. By the end if I could make it ten minutes in a row I was excited. A good run/walk was like 14 minutes - haha :) Don't beat yourself up - walking is GREAT exercise too!

Less than 15 weeks left - wooo hooo!

Fail? Um, you get a pass because of what's inside your belly.
