Thank you for taking pity on a swollen pregnant woman and letting me go in front of you to buy my delicious skim milk.
In other news - I'm on partial bedrest. Straight home from work and I'm not allowed to be up for the rest of the night. My blood pressure was up again today and I'm staying home from work. My husband told me that I'm not allowed to do the dishes or any laundry today. I just have to stay down.
I'm bored already.
But I will do what I have to do to keep this little girl "cooking" for as long as possible. The doctor said she will probably be coming early. I hope to make it at least 2 more weeks. Cross your fingers for me, okay? My next appointment is on Wednesday. I'll let you know how it goes.

Since our first daughter arrived via c-section, the doctor gave my wife a choice of when she could schedule the c-section for our second daughter. He gave us a two-week window beginning Oct. 19, 2005. She chose Oct. 19, 2005.
I would have liked for her to have the surgery done on Oct. 31 so her birthday would be Halloween but sadly, I lost out on that one.
Hang in there... Hopefully you have lots of books to read and tv to watch. Keep her cooking!
hang in there, whitney!! i am thinking about you and know this must be tough. i hope you stay comfortable through the weekend and that your baby girl stays put for a few more weeks. i'm sure it can be hard not to go crazy on bed rest, but hang in there!! xoxoxo
Wow, that sucks!!! Hopefully the time down will help the baby
Ugh, I was on bedrest for my twins for about 8 weeks - blah!! I think I subscribed to about 40 magazines in that period - haha! Remember it's for the sake of baby. Hoping for only the best!!
