Revolution

I finally took Baby Girl with me on a run.  She fell asleep after 1.5 miles and I made it 6 miles before she woke up.  So my 9 miler turned into a 6.5, but that's okay.  I liked having her along and it was a new challenge figuring out how to run with the BOB.  I was surprised at how much slower I was with it.  So those wonder women that run sub 7 minute miles with a double are seriously AMAZING.

Anyway, the knee didn't bother me at all and I felt really good for the run (just slower... which was probably a good thing for me - I'll call it a taper).  Now I just need to get a run or two in tonight and tomorrow and I'll be ready (but not really) for the race on Saturday.

Running with the jogger is SO much harder! My double jogger, which hasn't seen the road yet, is 35lbs empty! That's madness.

You're running 6 miles with the jogging stroller already? Very impressive!

I feel ya, jogging with a stroller is much tougher than running alone, but sometimes it's nice to have some company.

Good luck on your race!!!! I'm sure you'll do great! You'll be super fast without the stroller. :)

What was that 5k on Saturday anyway? I couldn't find anything about it online.
