Saturday morning, I woke up with the urge to race a 5K. Nevermind the fact that I haven't run since the middle of January.
So, 20 minutes before the race was the start, I was bundled up in my running gear and heading over to the start. It was FREEZING. Temps in the low 20s with a VERY unfriendly wind.
Leaving out all of the dialog - the idiots were out of NUMBERS and shirts. I was told that I could run, but I would have to time myself.
So I turned around, got in my car and drove home to my warm house and baby girl.
You would think that since I was all geared up for a run that I would have done SOMETHING once I got home, right? Nah. I got in the shower and moved on with my day.
Anyway - Happy Valentine's Day. I bet you wish you had a cute Valentine like mine, dont you?

You had something much better waiting for you at home! I wouldn't have even made it out the door with that face looking back at me.
She's a cutie. You need to get a running stroller for her.
